DescriptionOcean Revival is a nonprofit organization aiming to transform the Algarve into a main European destination and a reference for the world underwater tourism. Ocean Revival created an underwater artificial reef structures by sinking four decommissioned Portuguese Navy Warships. Ocean Revival is a unique project and certainly a distinctive factor to attract recreational diving practitioners from all over the world, creating in Algarve an exclusive new tourist attraction pole.
